Returns & Refunds

We offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase for both defective and non defective items.

We shall provide free shipping vouchers for you to send items back to us and your refund will be processed within 5 days after being received.

What do you need to do?

  1. Contact us at support@ozcampingstore.com.au or via https://ozcampingstore.com.au/contact-us/ providing the following details. 
    • Your name and contact information including email address used at time of purchase.
    • A short description of the item you are returning and why.
  2. We will contact you within 2 business days with a prepaid shipping voucher and return address.
  3. We may ask you to send photos of the item, to help better understand and validate the issue and to help speed up the refund processing time.
  4. Once we receive your returned item, we will validate any defects and provide you a refund within 5 business days. 

    Please note that for security reasons, refunds will only be send back to the original account used to purchase the item.

Change of Mind

If the product is not right for you. Within the first 30 from purchase, we can provide you a store credit note once you ship the item back to us and the item is unused and within its original packaging.

Received Faulty & Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item. We can provide a full refund within the first 30 from purchase. All we ask is that you ship the items back to us unused and within its original packaging.

Manufacture Related Defects

If you experience a manufacture-related defect that warrants the item unusable, we can repair or replaced it within 1 year period from purchase.
